Lifestyle is basically an individual’s choice of leading a life with his / her own set of school of thought. Lifestyle incorporates elements from the very basic level of needs to the luxurious kind in one’s life. Lifestyle of a person can be judged by his / her way of speaking, activity he / she indulges in, the kind of clothes he / she wears, the choice of food he / she eats and where he / she eats from, the kind of shopping he / she does and from where, etc. These are a few lifestyle determinants of an individual; also, how an individual carries himself / herself overall, says a lot about the same.

Celebrations are integral part of each and every person. The purpose of these celebrations is to remove the dismals and anguish from our life. The joy from these celebrations drains out each distress and gloominess from our life. Since, then our ancestors found the way out the way to dissipate the feelings of each being. And then the way was to celebrate each and every moment. Each culture formed some rituals and occasions to be conducted periodically every year.
Like Americans did such as Thanksgiving Day, Halloween, Christmas, April Fool Day; like Russians did such as Russian Easter or Christmas, apple day, honey day; like Asians did such as Dragon festival in China, Diwali and holi in India, Pongal Day in Sri Lanka.

Celebration is the word which it self describe the happiness. In India every festival has its own way of celebration. Holy is the festival of colours so celebration with colours has different charm and beauty. Holy is the festival of Arsalon. This festival falls on the Phalgun Purnima or Pooranmashi (Full Moon) in the month of Feb – March. Before playing the holy of colours one night before a small celebration is done by burning a bonfire.
This lighting of bonfires is known as Holika Dahan. It is said that this Holika Dahan have great importance on its own. Holy is the national holiday when all the people of the town gathers together to give a grant celebration its position. On Holy many places are decorated beautifully and religious dances are performed.

The word lifestyle is given many meanings in many countries with all of them being miles apart from one another. The meanings also reflect the overlying culture of the countries and the outlook of the inhabitants of these countries.
However, a global culture of pleasure and fun is now being epitomised with the word lifestyle. This is being done with the lifestyle resorts that are now being set up with an enthusiasm that equals the one displayed by a ‘harrowing gale’.
Lifestyle resorts are places that can provide wonderful holidays to families, couples and even single individuals. These are places which feature the primary exclusion of ‘rules’.

Lifestyle cannot be categorized for a particular set of individuals; however, it differs from a person to person. The very basic pattern of difference of lifestyle can be witnessed between the three social classes of the society, namely, the upper class, middle class and the lower class, which is the lowest at the receiving end. Lifestyle of people from each category would differ from each other and also, lifestyle of people within the same category can differ from each other drastically.
